At SNEAKERSNSTUFF, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all sneaker boxes are protected inside a separate shipping box to avoid damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided return label to the outside of your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects and approves your return, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
